The Progressive Group has converted to an innovative "fee for service" Brokerage structure that allows agents to work independently and keep more of there commissions!
Our Commission Structure is as follows:
All Agents pay $100 per month preferably billed by credit card.
Experienced Agents that have more than 20 transactions in their real estate career will pay $250 per transaction.
We have a program for beginning Agents in which they automatically convert to our standard structure after reaching 20 career transactions.
Agents pay their own Board of Realtors Dues and Errors & Omissions Insurance annually when due (Combined cost is approximately $500) and their own referral fees.
Agents have 24 hour access to our office with an office workstation for agents to use for quick internet and FMLS searches, meeting areas for consultations with clients. If desired, Agents will have the capability to print from their laptop to our network printers and copiers.

If you work primarily from home or in a neighboring county, closing packages can be sent overnight to the office and commission checks sent in like manner. After the initial company orientation, it is possible for Agents to work from home and never have a need to visit the office again!
